Mike Hartwig has unique passion to help people realize their dreams and goals. Over the past several years he and his wife have counseled hundreds of people to deepen their relationships and maximize their effectiveness. As a nationally known presenter with specialty in the fields of church ministry and business, Mike has received numerous awards for his ability to help those struggling.
Upon receiving his Ph. D. in Education Studies, Hartwig has held positions of senior pastor, corporate trainer, project director, youth pastor and music director. Mike has also earned his Life and Health Licenses as well as securities licenses 6 & 63.
Over his career, Hartwig followed his calling in establishing and leading numerous retreats and educational study groups including, but not limited to: personal finance, business leadership, leadership in the church, conflict resolution, and how to deal with difficult people.
As a former Project Director of a Federal Discretionary Grant, Hartwig worked with the White House Office of Faith-Based Initiatives to secure a $2.5 million grant known as the ‘Iowa Healthy Marriage Initiative’ was designed to strengthen at-risk marriages by recruiting and training healthy couples to work with struggling couples.
